Make this repo have this structure:

bagel-main
- README.md
- roster/
  - roster.csv
  - allowed_mutants.csv
  - Untitled.ipynb
  - broken plasmids?
- data_sets/
  - experimental/ (stuff available for mutants that we have only)
    - kinetics
    - thermal stability
    - reference/ (stuff available for every possible mutant)
      - distance from active site
      - BLOSUM62, etc. score for the mutation
      - sequence position
      - conservation
