Issue with tsx-ts-mode and typescript-ts-mode on 29.2

Hey folks,

I'm running into an issue using tsx-ts-mode and typescript-ts-mode on 29.2.

I have installed the language grammars but when I attempt to change the font lock level I receive an error:

I think this is an issue with these modes specifically because I'm able to switch font lock levels in other modes like Python without an issue.

Would anyone be able to steer me in the right direction? I'm happy to file a bug report if this is a genuine issue and not something I've done with my setup. Also happy to supply any additional details.
