-OutImod 1 causes a segfault

Hi Shawn,
I am running AreTomo2 with the following command -
AreTomo2 -InMrc in.mrc -AngFile in.rawtlt -VolZ 0 -OutBin 0 -TiltAxis 84.7 -AlignZ 250 -TiltCor 1 -OutImod 1 -DarkTol 0 -OutMrc out.mrc -Gpu 0

which results in a segfault error. Any idea why this is thecase? -OutImod 2 works

I am on version
AreTomo2 version 1.0.0

BUT the tlt angle values are all 0.

I met the same error, but strangely the same command sometimes reported the error and sometimes worked well.

@shahpnmlab, sorry for the long long delay. I didn't know there is still much attention on AreTomo2 after we released AreTomo3. I will try your command to see what I get.
