Upgrade jQuery to latest version

Currently, the driver uses jQuery 3.1.1. An effort was made to bump it to the latest (3.4.1), but that failed some tests related to scrolling. Those tests failed in CI but not locally. More research needs to be done to determine the root cause and the fix.

In the mentioned issue it is obvious that 3.2.1 already failed, so there seems to be a change between these versions.

I already looked over the changed , but did not saw anything obvious, maybe someone else can have a look too: jquery/jquery@3.1.1...3.2.1

Maybe related issues:

• Width and height functions are no longer symmetric for scrollable elements since 3.2.0 jquery/jquery#4255
• .innerWidth(), .innerHeight() mishandling scroll bars in 3.2.x jquery/jquery#3589
• scroll-behavior: smooth is breaking simultaneous horizontal and vertical scrolling with .animate jquery/jquery#4218
• .position() and .offsetParent() return incorrect results in FF + recent versions of Chrome jquery/jquery#3479
