1. Update the npm module mini-css-extract-plugin to minimum [email protected] and preferably [email protected] (or current latest).
2. Remove the use of the deprecated npm module @types/mini-css-extract-plugin.

Why is this needed?

The npm module @types/mini-css-extract-plugin is deprecated. The release information for[email protected] shows that types were added in this feature release in January 2022.
