make deps failed on Travis CI with

GitHub API request failed: API rate limit exceeded for 208.78.110.199. (But here's the good news: Authenticated requests get a higher rate limit. Check out the documentation for more details.)

--use-ssh will get a higher rate limit

    use SSH for downloading GitHub repositories

See Carthage/Carthage#605, Carthage fix this by introducing GITHUB_ACCESS_TOKEN environment var.
