Helm charts are published to Helm artifact hub and helm/hub

The Cyberark Helm charts should be published to the Helm artifact hub as well as the soon-to-be-deprecated helm/hub. Having our charts published on these hubs will enable users to discover our charts using e.g. helm search hub cyberark or helm search hub conjur (rather than adding our repo explicitly and then doing a helm search repo cyberark).

This task will include checking that our Helm charts meet the requirements for including charts in the Artifact Hub and in helm/hub.

One of the requirements is:

Every chart to have a maintainer listed along with valid contact information for each maintainer. The contact information could be in the form of an email address or link to a contact form.

Perhaps the email address [email protected] can be used for that?

Once all of the requirements for inclusion are met, then the process for publishing is fairly straight-forward.
