Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In #2086 we added an API_VERISON file to track the matching OpenAPI release in this project. In this card, we'd like to update the Conjur status page to show the API version.

Describe the solution you would like

Update the status page to include an

API version: [{API_VERSION}](https://github.com/cyberark/conjur-openapi-spec/releases/tag/{API_VERSION}

line below the "Version" line
