Alpine image alpine:3.12 is currently used as a base image for Helm test functionality for various Helm charts. This should be upgraded to alpine:3.14 to resolve CVE-2021-36159.

Describe the solution you would like

Alpine base image is upgraded to 3.14 for Helm test images.
