Scripts or a Helm test is implemented to verify apps are correctly authenticating

Issue #238 implements a Helm chart for deploying one or more instances of a sample "Pet Store" application using a Secretless Broker sidecar container or an authn-k8s sidecar container.

We need a way to test whether the applications deployed can authenticate with Conjur and can retrieve secrets.

Describe the solution you would like

Either:

• Port the scripts from kubernetes-conjur-demo (https://github.com/conjurdemos/kubernetes-conjur-demo/blob/master/8_app_verify_authentication.sh)
• OR... create a Helm test that creates a pod that runs these scripts as a BATS test.

Closing this issue since:

• Verification that authentication works has been added for summon-sidecar and secrets-provider-init via PR Add reusable workflow scripts #307 and PR Add secrets-provider-init sample app Helm chart #328
• There is a new issue created (Issue E2E Workflow Scripts: Conditionally validate sample applications' authentication with their backends #316) which explores the option of using helm test ... in each app integration sub-chart so that each app integration is doing their own validation that authentication is successful.
