Actions before raising this issue

I searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.
I read/searched the docs

Steps to Reproduce

Go to app.cvat.ai/models/create
add a link to a huggingface model (https://huggingface.co/Ultralytics/YOLOv5 yolov5 for example)
Try to add
get the next error

Expected Behavior

I've tried with other models too and it doesn't work. This link is the same as in othe fficial CVAT tutorial https://www.cvat.ai/blog/integrating-hugging-face-and-roboflow-models
