Prompt to delete label has confusing text.

Actions before raising this issue

• I searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.

Steps to Reproduce

In project settings try to delete an existing label and observe that the text of the confirmation prompt reads: "This action is undone".

Expected Behavior

The confirmation dialog should warn the user that this action cannot be undone.

Possible Solution

Update the prompt to say "This action cannot be undone"
