Because of ariya/phantomjs#10156 the headless browsers don't return the correct sizes for gzip'd content (they send the filesizes for the uncompressed responses, even though the responses are still gzip-/deflate-encoded).

Steal the code I wrote for https://github.com/cvan/fastHAR-api/blob/10cec585/app.js#L61-L173
