Restore (and maybe check) hooks

Hello,

Currently implementing autorestic for the first working on a container infrastructure lab setup, I have to say that I very much like it and hope it will keep on growing and improving.
Thank you so much for building this nice tool and sharing it with the world 🙏

After using before (snapshot, save) and after (cleanup) hooks to backup container images, I discovered there are no (documented ?) restore hooks ! 😭

This is a point I had completely overlooked before starting, and which looks like a show-stopper for "fully" automated restores of containers and databases.

I believe these are very much needed.

What do you guys think about that?
