🤔 What's the problem you've observed?

In RELEASING.md it says

Announce the release

in the #newsletter Slack channel
on the @CucumberBDD Twitter account
write a blog post

We are replacing Slack with Discord (cucumber/common#2195). I don't think releases are announced anymore. So this section could be removed entirely.
