  1. Switch to master branch
  2. Open ArcGIS
  3. Run smoderp2d toolbox
  4. Copy tests\data\output to output_master
  5. Close ArcGIS
  6. Switch to issue_81_stream_fid
  7. Open ArcGIS
  8. Run smoderp2d toolbox
  9. Compare results output vs output_master

The output data should be the same.
