Dear Justin Kamerman,

My name is Igor Prokopkin.
I am a research scientists in Institute of Biophysics Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Science.

I study the method QFASA and try to learn the same R package currently.
During this activity I encountered one problem.
Would you answer a couple little questions?

Is it possible to do the calculation without Calibration Coefficients?
And if it is possible – how to do it?

As I know the calculations without CC sometimes is considered in different articles including the paper Sara Iverson et al., 2004 in Ecological Monographs.
But I can not find the information about this type of calculation in the documentation for R package QFASA.
Simple calculation with empty places instead the values of CC creates the error in R.

Sincerely yours,
Igor Prokopkin
