Overview

github actionsでWindows環境を利用する場合、Cドライブが使用できない。
- cfd-goはCドライブに配置する前提としていたため、これだとビルドができない。
- 対処方針を検討して、ビルドできるようにする。
- download binaryを使う前提とする。
