===Licensed Work Definition===
The Licensed Work is the complete set of files, including source code, that come along with and/or are associated with the arb4j distribution 
that this license accompanies; including transformations of the source-code (such as but not limited to the compiled.class files or the dynamically 
generated .class files generated by the expression compilation capabilities of arb4j)

===Additional Use Grant===
Personal use of the Licensed Work is allowed without a Production Use license. There is a 1 month evaluation period for Production Use of arb4j; 
the evaluation period begins on the day that coincides with the first day of Production Use.

If the Licensed Work is used within a company, educational institution, non-profit organization, government, or any other form of organization 
for more than 30 days, a Production Usage license must be purchased from or gifted by the Licensor. The License for Production Use granted can 
be indeterminate or for a fixed period. Production usage means the use of any part of arb4j or any code (readable or machine-language) derived 
from or processed by code originating with arb4j for anything besides personal use.

Any commercial or financial related use whatsoever, even if on a Personal basis, is Production Use and requires a purchased or gifted license.

Exceptions to these terms for the purposes of testing and evaluation must be explicitly granted through the issuance of a separate contract by 
the Licensor. No verbal agreements, email communications, or other forms of correspondence shall modify these terms unless formalized in a new 
contract issued by the Licensor.

===Terms===

The Licensor(Stephen Andrew Crowley) hereby grants you the right to
•  copy,
•  modify,
•  create derivative works,
•  redistribute,
•  and make non-production use of the Licensed Work.
The Licensor may make an Additional Use Grant, above, permitting limited production use.

===Change Date===

Effective on the Change Date of Nov 24, 2048 at 5:38 PM Central Standard Time (CST), the Licensor hereby grants you rights under the terms of
 the Lesser General Public License version 3.0 or later, and the rights granted in the paragraph above terminate.

The Licensor reserves the right to modify the licensing terms or relicense the Licensed Work earlier than the specified Change Date. Any such
modification or relicensing shall be executed solely through the issuance of a new contract by the Licensor. The terms of any new contract 
shall supersede this license agreement only upon explicit execution of said  new contract by the Licensor. No other form of modification, relicensing, 
or waiver of these terms is valid or enforceable.

If your use of the Licensed Work does not comply with the requirements currently in effect as described in this License, you must 
purchase a commercial license from the Licensor, its affiliated entities, or authorized resellers, or you must refrain from using the Licensed Work.

All copies of the original and modified Licensed Work, and derivative works of the Licensed Work, are subject to this License. This License 
applies separately for each version of the Licensed Work and the Change Date may vary for each version of the Licensed Work released by Licensor.

You must conspicuously display this License on each original or modified copy of the Licensed Work. If you receive the Licensed Work in original or 
modified form from a third party, the terms and conditions set forth in this License apply to your use of that work.

Any use of the Licensed Work in violation of this License will automatically terminate your rights under this License for the current and all other versions of 
the Licensed Work.

This License does not grant you any right in any trademark or logo of Licensor or its affiliates (provided that you may use a trademark or logo of
Licensor as expressly required by this License).

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSED WORK IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. LICENSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS 
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE. MariaDB hereby grants 
you permission to use this License's text to license your works, and to refer to it using the trademark “Business Source License”, as long as you comply with 
the Covenants of Licensor below

In consideration of the right to use this License's text and the “Business Source License” name and trademark, Licensor covenants to MariaDB, and to all other 
recipients of the licensed work to be provided by Licensor:

to specify as the Change License the Lesser General Public License (LGPL) or any later version, or a license that is compatible with Lesser General Public License (LGPL)
 or a later version, where “compatible” means that software provided under the Change License can be included in a program with software provided under the 
 Lesser General Public License (LGPL) 3.0. Licensor may specify additional Change Licenses without limitation. To either:

a) specify an additional grant of rights to use that does not impose any additional restriction on the right granted in this License, as the Additional Use Grant;
