Update PKC Repository

In Order to Receive Automatic Updates, Do This Once

Unfortunately, PKC had to move its Kodi repository away from http://bintray.com/ to Github. You will need to manually intervene ONCE.

• Symptoms: You will NOT receive automatic PKC updates anymore.
