Sort "browse by folder" view by "date added"

I'll make a new topic for this issue since it hasn't got much to do with the last one that was solved.

I have a menu item in Kodi that points to a regular folder/Plex library. It is set to "browse by folder" but I cant sort by "date added". It sorts by title, but there are no other options. I need it to be on "date added". Is that possible?

Does this mean you already fixed this? I can't find the option to sort. The only option there is is to change the order (ascending or descending) but the list doesn't respond to that. It stays in ascending order.
