Is it possible to auto run this every time you save a file?

It would be really nice if this plugin would have an option to run this command every time the file saves.

+1 this would be huge if I am understanding the request correctly. My understanding is that I have to manually run the prettifier to update the header front matter stuff, correct? If so, an auto run function described above would be a blessing.
