I use filename heading sync to sync the H1 to filename.

As the title ,if I can update the aliases section by using the Header template below

date_updated: '{{date:YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss}}' 
aliases: <% tp.file.title %>

I do not need to write the aliases section

H1 title==>filename==>aliases section , perfect !
