banner behind footer

Hi all,
if I use the plugin with cordova (xdk) and build an iOS app the banner is loaded successfully but not showing. I think the banner is behind the footer. If I change param to Overlap = true the banner is visible but the buttons at the footer are mostly overlapped by the banner.
You can try yourself by adding a html footer to your demo app.
