[FR] Remove unnecessary error on clear-caches/all

When running the clear-caches/all command in the console, it pretty much always results in this...

Is it possible to omit that ugly red Error message which is actually telling me "don't worry, that's normal"? If that particular cache can never be cleared via console, why is the system even trying (and then complaining about it)?

That message sticks out like a sore thumb. It contributes nothing useful to the conversation. And yet it is guaranteed to appear, every single time.

Would it be possible to just skip that error message in this context?

It works if you’ve explicitly set the @webroot alias from config/general.php. Just updated the error message to clarify that.
