Set permissions when creating a section or volume

We often have the situation that we forget to assign the appropriate permissions for a section to an editor user group.

Now the following idea: when we start a project, we create a new user group and can then assign the corresponding permissions on the spot as soon as we create a section. This would minimize the risk of forgetting to set the permissions. The same concept should of course also apply to volumes.

The location for the permission-fields should be after "maxAuthors".

This approach would make it even easier to work with permissions. What do you think?
