Add a CKEditor field condition rule to field layouts

I want to set some fields in an entry type to be visible or not visible depending on which CKEditor field they are used in.

This is already possible for Matrix fields:

However, there is no corresponding condition for CKEditor fields. This would be a great option to have, as sometimes we want to display specific fields only in the context of a specific CKEditor field, or not display a field in this context.

Another option that would be useful is a condition that just displays or hides a field based on whether the entry is a nested entry in a CKEditor field, regardless of which specific field it is.
