@jensmaurer Am I allowed to rebase this onto motions-2025-02-lwg-12 and force-push? Or am I doing the whole "motion depends on another motion" thing wrong here?

The ordering of the motions is apparently "wrong", so @tkoeppe should decide what he wants here.

FWIW, P3287R3 states the dependency on P2663 and P2933 (P3441 was overlooked at that point) and this was discussed in LWG. The intent by LWG should be clear. I understand this is purely a "process" question?

@tkoeppe usually applies the motions in order. If a different order is more practical, that's probably fine, but for @tkoeppe to say what he wants there.
