A JS dependency is added to text-encoding which should not be there. However, without it, the build fails with:

Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'text-encoding' ...

Therefore, for now I applied the workaround suggested here: Kotlin/kotlinx-io#57 (comment)

This makes the build succeed.
