Choice of the starting day of the week

Hello,

In many country in the world (mostly Muslim and Jew countries), the week is not starting Monday but Sunday, the week-end being the Friday/Saturday for them.
Would it be possible to have an option to display the week starting Sunday and finishing Saturday.
For an even greater usage experience, it could be offered to adjust it autocratically when the user choose his time zone in cozy settings...
