Maintenance update for 2.2.3.4 to return the node list with consistent sorting

Updated the CAPI library to 1.4.2, which will return the node list in the vBucket map with consistent sorting. This will prevent the plugin from sending fake topology changes back to the source Couchbase cluster.

v2.5.2.1 with support for ES 5.2.1

Initial release for ES 5.2.1 - this is a preview build, as the plugin is still going through internal QA.

Note that the plugin now requires that the port it binds to be the same on all nodes in the cluster. This is normally the case anyway, unless you specifically changed the default port from 9091 to something else.
