Push out (yet another) hotfix for Apple platforms, now enabling back dynamic linkage for CocoaPods, resolving installation issues as well as weird errors about "@rpath" when trying to run compiled apps.

Binary dependencies cannot be specified by tag, they need to be pinned to a *version* (which itself is taked from a JSON spec file).
