Summary

Add a check to TransferAuthorization ValidateBasic that should return an error if duplicate port/channel is found within the transfer authorization Allocations.

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged/assigned
