Issue Description

This report addresses a compatibility issue and IMHO could result in a more general task for the DokuWiki main devs.

Presumably, the combined tasks should be:

  1. check if the sprintdoc template truly meets the requirements and/or make repairs as appropriate - this team
  2. check the general requirements for templates to be included in the list and make improvements to the process if appropriate - the DokuWiki main devs team

Please note the sprintdoc template is listed on the Conflicting Versions and Basenames page of the DokuWiki Development wiki. Obviously, the sprintdoc base is marked as "offending" like follows:

The requirements to be listed on a.m. page are:

The base property in an extension's plugin.info.txt should match it's pagename here on dokuwiki.org - otherwise popularity data will be counted wrong and user may accidentally overwrite one extension with another when using the extension manager.

Offending entries are marked with a :!:. Extension authors should search this page for their name and fix any extension they find.

Note: this page is auto generated nightly. There's no sense in editing it, it will be overwritten automatically.

Apparently, the base property in a template's template.info.txt should match it's pagename there on dokuwiki.org ...

However, investigating the a.m. requirements and the file 'template.info.txt' in the sprintdoc base shows no apparent deviation. Please note, the same condition may apply at least to the simple sidebar and the starter templates apparently.

I felt free to address this here as @splitbrain seems to be a member of both this team and the DokuWiki main devs team.

Apparently, in a.m. automatically generated list all templates are marked as "offending". Could there be a more general problem with the background process in checking the template base name and requirements?
