Once freshli-agent-java #27 has been completed, remove the JRE from the final stage of the docker build. That stage can probably safely depend on a "slim" Debian base image.

In retrospect, this probably isn't possible, because the way that freshli-agent-java performs its analysis requires the presence of a JDK.
