Transfer OpenSSF Best Practices Badge ownership of kubeflow

This issue is to request transferring badge entry https://www.bestpractices.dev/en/projects/2660 to my github handle https://www.bestpractices.dev/en/projects/2660 to continue working on the badge.

The current owner Adhita Selvaraj is no longer active in the Kubeflow community. In order for Kubeflow to transfer to CNCF, we need to complete the work listed in https://github.com/kubeflow/internal-acls/blob/master/github-orgs/kubeflow/org.yaml. Therefore I would like to claim for the ownership on this badge entry. Thank you!

Hello @david-a-wheeler , as per requirement by CNCF, it is a onboarding task to use OpenSSF Best Practices Badge: cncf/sandbox#196. However, we are not able to move forward due to the kubeflow entry was created by someone else. May I initialize the transfer of this entry to myself? Thank you!
