causes Internal Server Error response only for public keys that are for xNFTs on devnet, which needs to be supported.

If this takes a long time, feel free to change priority. Happy to just support mainnet only.

I dont think the gateway should magically fall back to devnet.
That should be an active choice.
Updated to not route through gateway when on devnet instead #3414
