Creating an wallet creates two

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure you're in an eth wallet
2. Create a new solana wallet
3. You should see two instances of the newly created wallet (wallet 2 in screenshot)

Goes away on refresh, only happens if you create a different chains wallet

steps tried
selected ethereum wallet

Went to setting and wallets
in list of wallets page clicked on add wallet (+ icon) and continued with current user then clicked on create a new wallet

i am getting only one wallet finally but surprising got the attached error below.
i am thinking that the current issue is addressed but this is a new one
