storage的一个bug

[GoogleCodeExporter]

两个storage，两个tracker，一个nginx + php - 
fastdfs提供上传下载接口

都是用4.0.6版本

局域网测试，上传文件后立即下载，日志报错
ERROR - file: storage_service.c, line: 6974, call stat fail, logic file: 
M00/00/02/wKgB6VM0elKAc2JzAAAR_QRdFUk850.jpg, error no: 2, error info: No such 
file or directory；
出错前查看存储目录，该文件存在；
下载出错后等一会儿（10s，未准确计时）则能成功下载；复��
�的频率比较高；

任意停掉一个storage则未发现该问题；

集群中所有服务器的时间要一致，否则可能会导致误判。

将服务器时间同步，并检查了时间也是一致的，问题依旧

其中download方式选择如下，尚未测试过download_server=1的情况
# which storage server to download file
# 0: round robin (default)
# 1: the source storage server which the current file uploaded to
download_server=0
