container rename command is not generating event

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. podman container create --name busybox01 busybox

2. podman container rename busybox01 busybox02

3. podman events --since 0h1m

Describe the results you received:

podman events output includes image pull and container create events but no events regarding container rename

Expecting container rename event in podman events
