What is required to run buildah on kubernetes?

kubectl run -ti --rm --image=quay.io/buildah/stable:v1.32.0 test-$RANDOM

BUILDAH_ISOLATION=chroot
BUILDAH_FORMAT=docker
[root@test-26862 /]#  env |grep STORAGE
STORAGE_DRIVER=vfs
[root@test-26862 /]# buildah images
Error during unshare(CLONE_NEWUSER): No space left on device
User namespaces are not enabled in /proc/sys/user/max_user_namespaces.
ERRO[0000] parsing PID "": strconv.Atoi: parsing "": invalid syntax 
ERRO[0000] (Unable to determine exit status)  

I've tried with user build as well, I create a new image from the buildah/stable:v1.32.0:

kubectl run -ti --rm --image=11111111111111.dkr.ecr.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/buildah:latest test-$RANDOM
