As a user when I download a new app, I want to understand what data is being used by the app and have the ability to easily update privacy settings before I begin using the app. This is to ensure I fully understand how the app is using my data.

On-boarding flows have become popular to help users get started with new apps. However setting up privacy settings is almost never part of that on-boarding experience.

To ensure apps are addressing consumer privacy concerns, implementation of simple privacy step as part of the on-boarding flow as a standard would help assure consumers' understanding of their privacy settings.
