Apple apps with activated VPN not working

When turning on the the firewall (activating the VPN), Apple apps on iPhone SE 2020 seem to no longer work with a celluar connection. Apple maps does not load any map, Apple Music does not load any song. I deleted every custom rule and turned off every block list, but stil there is no connection for these apps. Only when turning off the firewall in Lockdown directly, the apps start to work again.

Is there any other blocker in the background, except for the blocking lists?

Lockdown is not usable for me at the momemt, as I am not able to do my daily stuff. I deinstalled the app several times and set back my network connection on my iPhone.

Same thing for me, apple music isn't working even though i downloaded the songs offline
