if I enable VPN it disables Lockdown.
Any fix for this?

on iPhone, iOS 15

Its completely normal that this won't work because Lockdown is also a VPN but to itself because it uses its own "DNS-Server" for Blocking. You can't connect to 2 different Networks with the same interface.
