Blocks iCloud Safari Private Relay

When Lockdown Firewall is on (I don't use the Secure Tunnel VPN) it blocks iCloud Private Relay in Safari from working. I'm not sure if it thinks Private Relay is malicious or a tracker but it blocks it from connecting to the Relay server, ergo, preventing it from working. Machine: MacOS Monterey v.12.4; Lockdown v.1.3.0.

Having the same issue. It's not even just Private Relay. I have DNS-over-HTTPS enabled in Firefox and with Lockdown disabled a DNS test only returns the DoH I set up in the Firefox settings. With Lockdown enabled it returns the DoH as well as the DNS I set up on my router.
In Safari with Private Relay on it only returns the DNS of my router as well as my IP, basically disabling Private Relay.
Strangely enough on IOS I don't have this problem with Private Relay and Lockdown.
