I'm on a goose chase attempting to resolve a dependency issue preventing the GDAL 3.10 migration for r-terra conda-forge/r-terra-feedstock#106

My naive result is that it appears build linux-aarch64::r-base-4.4.1-h47223e1_16.conda is corrupt
