I think the issue with Python is very similar to https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/issues/3353, which came from pygobject. The commit that's supposed to fix the latter is part of the latest pygobject 3.48.2, which we have here. Perhaps the fix was incomplete for windows?
