Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.
Issue
A user reported that the arrow package creates new files upon activation, and thus adds files into downstream packages built by
conda-build
orrattler-build
. Should we not create these "debug" files when building downstream packages (e.g. by looking at theCONDA_BUILD
env variable?ref: prefix-dev/rattler-build#979
