#31 fixed an issue in build 0 with rabbitmq/erlang version compatibility, but conda still allows this build to be installed.
I haven't actually tried marking a package as broken before. This is an example: conda-forge/msprime-feedstock#24, but I think actually the procedure has changed recently: https://conda-forge.org/docs/user/announcements.html
