Allow the owner of the package and Packagist admins the deletion of maintainers for the package.

@naderman: Are you sure this is a duplicate of #166?

I meant adding a list of maintainers to the "Edit Package" screen introduced in PR #157, where the admin/owner can delete individual maintainers.

Whoops, now that I reread it, it's obviously that. Not sure how I read it to mean deleting packages, sorry about that.

@hinikato can you be more specific?

@Seldaek, on the https://packagist.org/packages/vendor/package there is the "Maintainers" section, there are multiple maintainers there, I need to delete one of them.

I'd like the ability to add this too.

Current situation: Added new package for company I'm working with to Packagist under my login. This should have gone under the companies login. I now have no way of editing the maintainers.

I'll try to find time to walk through the code and add this as a pull request.

OK it's now possible thanks to @burci's patch. You'll find a "remove maintainer" button besides the add maintainer one if you have more than one maintainer (i.e. for transfers you must add the person then remove yourself).

what if the maintainer is no longer with the company and they were the only maintainer on the package, can one update/switch the maintainer?

@phillpafford the existing maintainer will need to add other maintainers, or the company will need to contact the packagist team so that admins can add another maintainer

I just updated my permissions in the database to admin and now I can edit the maintainers, thanks!
